- Lupin paste with toasted sesame seeds
- Lettuce
- Arugula
- Pigweed
- Amaranth
- Laminated almonds
- Sage flowers
Instructions
- To obtain the lupin paste, drain the lupins well and place in a bowl to add enough olive oil and roasted sesame seeds and grind in the magic wand (not to remove the lupin peel!).
- The consistency of the paste is granulated.
- The remaining ingredients are raw and should be washed and cut.
