Lupin Burgers with vegetables and Mint Leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 Lupin Agrinemus 270g jar. Soake them well
  • Mint leaves (hand full)

Instructions

  • Cook the chard leaves together with the sliced onion and the olive oil, no added salt.
  • After being cooked blend them with the hand blender.
  • Add oat flakes, until they are ready to become burgers.
  • Then fry them using a bit of sesame oil or olive oil.
