- 1 Lupin Agrinemus 270g jar. Soake them well
- Mint leaves (hand full)
- Cook the chard leaves together with the sliced onion and the olive oil, no added salt.
- After being cooked blend them with the hand blender.
- Add oat flakes, until they are ready to become burgers.
- Then fry them using a bit of sesame oil or olive oil.
