- 1 box of Agrinemus’ Lupin Balls
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 4 red apples
- Salt and pepper (a pinch)
- 3 coffee spoons of Tumeric
- Sauté the lupin balls with olive oil. And put them aside during the rest of the preparation.
- On a saucepan, mix the coconut milk, salt, pepper and tumeric and steer it until it thickens a bit.
- Add the apple previously sliced into small cubes.
- You can enjoy this meal with basmati or brown rice, salad or eat it as a snack.
